Superhero Summit is not a covered entity or business associate under HIPAA. We voluntarily uphold many HIPAA-aligned practices to protect users' sensitive health-related data.

• Secure login and role-based, row-level access controls.
• Confidential handling of documents such as IEPs, evaluations, and medical records.
• Account deletion that removes your private records on request.
